  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail to order@elpex.se.

    2.1 Pay by invoice
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you to pay your purchase by invoice. When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna offers you the possibility to pay 30 or 60 days after we have shipped the goods. Klarna assigns its claim for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you should pay directly to Klarna. For contact details and further information about Klarna, go to klarna.se.
  • If you previously chose to join Klarna’s Monthly Invoice aggregation service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice. This means that all invoice purchases you make during a certain period are collected on a collective invoice, instead of being sent as separate invoices per purchase. The credit period on each individual invoice included in the collective invoice varies between 14-45 days, depending on when in the aggregation cycle the purchase was made and the goods/services are delivered/shipped. All invoice purchases activated before the cut-off date are collected on one monthly invoice. Invoice purchases activated after the cut-off date end up on the next monthly invoice.
  • Costs and fees
  • For payment by 30-day invoice, Klarna charges an invoice fee of SEK 0 per purchase. For payment with a 60-day invoice, Klarna charges an invoice fee of up to SEK 49 per purchase. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you where you are required to pay a reminder fee. If you have purchased for less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 will be added, and if you have purchased for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 will be added as a reminder fee. If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may be handed over for collection management where additional collection costs may apply.
  • Credit assessment and personal data processing
  • When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna performs a credit check. If a credit report is taken, you will be notified of this and receive a copy of the credit report sent by post or e-mail. Klarna does not inform banks or other lenders of a possible credit report and it does not affect your creditworthiness/score. Klarna processes your personal data to fulfill its obligations under this agreement and for the other purposes described in our Data Protection Information. You can find the Data Protection Information here and by using Klarna’s services, you also confirm that you have read this Data Protection Information. Klarna processes your personal data, among other things, to perform identification, customer analysis, credit assessment, marketing and business development. Klarna may also transfer your personal data to selected partners (such as credit rating agencies), which may be established in a state outside the EU/EEA. You can find more information about Klarna’s sharing of personal data, your rights in relation to it, how you can contact Klarna with questions, or complain to an authority, in the Privacy Notice.
  • Transfer of ownership
  • You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations you have under these Terms. To the extent not otherwise already permitted by applicable law, Klarna may assign or transfer these Terms or its rights and/or obligations under these Terms at any time, provided, however, that such assignment or transfer is not to your detriment and does not alter your rights and obligations under these Terms. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we recommend that you pay the invoice or contact Klarna to extend the payment time to avoid the risk of unnecessary reminder fees.
